Return and Refund Policy

At Pellikanz, we aim to make your shopping experience straightforward and reliable. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method

We will provide a U.S. return address if a return is required.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or error:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility conditions
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be clearly communicated before approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Refund (where applicable)

Return Address

Return instructions and the appropriate U.S. return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
