Thank you for shopping with Pellikanz. We are committed to providing clear, accurate, and reliable shipping information in line with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).

Please note:

  • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than standard delivery times.
  • We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated after order processing and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–12 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

The total estimated delivery time is:

Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time (5–12 or 5–8 days)

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and selected shipping method:

  • Free Economy Shipping on orders between $50.00 – $100.00
  • Economy Shipping:

             $0.01 – $49.99 → $8.90
             $100.01 and above → $20.00

  • Standard Shipping:

            $0.01 – $49.99 → $10.90
            $100.01 and above → $25.00

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are provided via email once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos (if applicable)

We will review and offer a replacement or resolution where applicable.
